Spent two weeks here in a 3rd floor home exchange condo. Good views and right on the beach so plenty of good exercise walking down the beach. Myrtle beach itself is a bit like an anorexic Blackpool. Really not our cup of tea but fortunately we were 10 miles south and it was a very pleasant area. Our condo was very comfortable and pleasant.
Had some great kayak trips among the swamps. Also great days out to Wilmington, explored the battleship North Carolina.
